This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to work with and on their voice, prepare for challenging conversational situations or simply practice singing and speaking - especially in times of increased online/screen presence The course teaches techniques for becoming aware of one's own body and voice in a positive way and as a means of being seen and heard, various breathing and speaking techniques, voice exercises and short breathing meditations, which above all help to prepare well for conversations or presentations. Depending on requirements, individual exercises can also be prepared; a brief presentation of the respective topics, concerns and questions before the appointment (by 15.12. via email) is therefore helpful.
