Accessible information in art and cultural work

Through practical work with existing texts, the workshop provides an insight into possible barriers in relation to text and language:
* Formal criteria
* Accessibility of information
* Simple formulation, taking into account gender-appropriate and appreciative language

Participants are welcome to bring their own texts, flyers, etc.

Manuela Mittermayer, born 1967 in Upper Austria. Lives in Linz. Long-standing art, culture and other project worker. Writer. Almost sociologist. Always active in the social sector. Currently working as a research assistant in a training project for people with learning difficulties.

Carmen Pilz, born in 1972, has enjoyed living in Linz since 1991. She graduated in sociology in 2001 and has her own practice as a counselor and sex educator. Also trains people with impairment(s).
